DoJ Obscenity Charges

One of the major pornography distributors has been charged with eight counts for basically producing porn. Naturally, this is the results of a highly useful efforts of our country, but let’s leave that alone. The videos in question are basically anal ones, enemas and “milk products” and something I consider quite tame. However, it is the idea that something I consider a mild fetish is being dragged up to court. Under obscenity.

For some reason, I’m beginning to really hate the idea of “obscenity” in laws. It seems so… subjective.
