Appeals Court - Parts of section 2257 are unconstitutional

This law has always been one of those things I worry about. Mainly because I’m a secondary producer (I think). It is also the one that requires that every picture of a “real” person be identified by the photo identification, addresses, list of all known aliases, etc of the people in it.

Now, this isn’t a Supreme Court decision, but it should be interesting to see where it goes.
