Freedom of Speech doesn't apply to security checkpoints

An article I found while browsing. The person involve wrote "Kip Hawley is an Idiot" on the plastic bag you now have to put your liquids into. However, the TSA inspector caused some problems and basically made a statement "Freedom of Speech doesn't apply here". Writing a political statement on a bag is not the same as yelling fire in a theater, as the TSA person implied.

Political statements and disagreements should not get people in trouble. That is getting really close into the arena of limiting political speech, which is a hot button in this country. Or, at least I hope it is one in this country. Sometimes, I wonder if people have rolled over and exposed their bellies to those in charge.

At lesat, this person might be actually doing something about it.
