I love the rough little fighting girls. I absolutely love the wrappings around the wrist and just imagine her going out to fight, or just coming back from some brawl and getting into the shower. Just a lovely little image to keep me warm at night.

I agree.
There's also this contrast between the wrist wrappings and the innocent/playful gesture of her finger on her lower lip.  Seh could be playfully amused in one moment and an agressive combatant the next. I think's that's extremely erotic (well, for me, it is).

And I didn't even consider putting wrappings around the main character of the non-porn novel I'm not working on. Sigh, but, she's hot and she needed wrappings.
