It's strange realizing I'm going to be a parent-type soon. Two months actually, which is both really far away and sadly very close. I know things will change, both here and in my other life, but I couldn't honestly tell you how it will change.
This picture just got me to thinking about things. She is a lovely-looking woman, and the rawness of the scar is appealing to me. It is something... normal but some people find it disgusting. I just think it is a neat badge of life.
