Circlet Press looking for fundraising

As t'Sade, I'm an indie publisher. The chance of me getting "properly" published with the stories I write is actually pretty low. There are some places that would have me, but I haven't found too many that feel comfortable with the wide range of violent and pornographic things I write. Yes, they have romance and (I hope) plot, but it is also outside of the comfort range of most places.

I do support smaller presses though. Unbound Books (version 1, not sure about the current one) was a small press and I'm thankful they gave me the chance and published The Mummy's Girl. I might have minor disagreements with them (mostly related to going out of business on me). Circlet is one of those presses. They have some interesting stories and they are trying to resurrect their print business by increasing their ebooks sales.

They have a limited-time offer (i.e. we need a bit more cash, pretty please period) for $50 or $100 for basically large hunks of their catalog. They are also going to do ePUB formats which make me very happy since I'm falling in love with my ebooks.

So, if you have a chance and a bit of cash, it might not be bad to support smaller presses.

Actually, The Mummy's Girl is published by Lulu.

But, Circlet Press is a small-time press that doesn't quite go that route. I just think it is important to at least get the word out that they need help, mainly because I believe in them (and bought their books).

Sadly, looks like the fundraising isn't going that well. And it ends in 3 days. I always want people like this to succeed, mainly because I know how hard it is to an indie publishing company.
