This is just a cool little thing about using a 3D printer to create a branding iron you can hook up to a cigarette lighter. I don't know about the rest of you, but as soon as I saw it, I thought cow girls and slaves.

Interesting. Well I thought about a short story about a guy picking up girls for a night, drugging them and having them wake up in a ditch with a permanent reminder of a night spent with a stranger. It could also be a permanent way to mark one's conquests.

Well, as occupied as I am with stuff and as lazy about writing short stories as ever, I will probably never write it, so anyone feel free to "steal" my idea.

Most of the time when I've seen that type of story, the permanent reminder was called "a child".
