New look for my main site

After a few weeks of development, I think I have a new look for my main website. I'd love to know people's opinion of it. It has a neat little written feel to it, but apparently, it is really hard to get the text to line up with the background.

I don't care, I still think it looks cool.

For those who have my book (all of you, right?), it should use the same font as in The Mummy's Girl. There still needs to be work on embedding the font, but I'm happy (for now).

I have to finish this weekend, mainly because I got this credit with Google Ads and I have to use it by tomorrow. So, I'm setting up the site for a landing page for The Mummy's Girl (and maybe sell a few copies, *hoping*).

The above link is going to be the landing page. I want to make it as "buy me" worthy as possible. :)

Opinions?

A 6 year old Netscape version?

Never mind - my using it really makes me the culprit. Even Wikipedia has recently ceased supporting Netscape - or at least, my browser crashes when trying to open a Wiki page. Anyway, I have Internet Explorer 7 point something as well, and your page is loading in this one... though for symmetry's sake a should add that IE tends to crash within the minute when I'm accessing IMDb.
