I've not heard of "slot machine girls". I have read a few of his books (Time Enough To Love, Stranger In A Strange Land, and Starship Troopers), but got kind of turned off after Time Enough To Love. He tends to get too preachy for my tastes.

I love the the sound of Coin-Operated Boy but the video really turns me off. I picked up the CD just for that song and wasn't happy with the rest of the songs on the CD.

Don't know about slot machine girl, Fluffy read Heinline, not me. Which is strange since my personality fits better with his stuff (and I love Lojban which is based on Loglan referred to in his books).
