OK, I'll have to download that one, heh heh...

I haven't watched all the Blade movies, because I hold a damphyr to be an abomination. :-X

Considering the vampire's bite is rather sexually charged (and has been from Bram Stoker till the present day), one could think of the dogs experiment as a bit of bestiality. And that in a mainstream Hollywood motion picture! I wonder whether the dogs swooned when the vampire laid his hands on them...

In that movie, it was more of a "scientific" approach to improving vampires, mainly a continuation of Blade 2 where they came up with a vampire that feeds on other vampires (and that whole three-part mouth thing).  It has merits, but with one of the vampires *really* cuddly with his vampire dog, it might be an "accident". :)
