A pretty good discussion on file sharing and laws. Mainly, it proposes that laws really don't impact file sharing. Plus, it is going to happen. So, changing the market to handle it might be a more effective way of handling it.

Kind of like the porn industry. Of most of the Internet, sex images and movies are probably one of the highest illegally downloaded image. But, somehow, the industry manages to keep on producing stuff and making money. Admittedly, there is pretty good churn there and sex, as a whole, is pretty simple to sale, but I think other industries could learn a bit from them.
