In case you dont' know what either is:

Gynecologist: a doctor that looks over the female anatomy.

pap smear: A type of test they do with woman's vagina's

I got the gynecologist but the pap smear part eluded me, because I couldnt make the connection from pabst beer. And because in German the word is totally different; pap smear in German = Abstrich.

Heh, my mother had a book called "When a man loves a walnut" that had a ton of misheard lyrics. Kind of fun to read... once. Sadly, those books are one shots at the best.
